Pierre Montale writes with rose and oud, two notes that return with quiet gravity. Effluve lists two of his creations, released between 2006 and 2008 for the houses Montale and Mancera. The best known is Black Aoud, from Montale in 2006, a dark rose wrapped in precious wood.
